Insurance – Post-Oak Dental and Dr. Gowan are out-of-network providers with all insurance companies. As long as your dental insurance is a PPO, we will gladly process your insurance claims, and estimate your deductible and the portion not covered by your insurance, as a courtesy to you.
The estimated amount not covered by your insurance is due at the time of treatment. Our estimates are subject to final approval by your insurance company; therefore the amount due to our office is subject to change. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for all charges on your account.
Additionally, insurance companies often will change treatment codes to provide for the minimum benefit payable. We do our best to inform the patient of their estimated portion, but again, this is in no way a guarantee. We can only guarantee our actual fee for any given service. If, for some reason, our patient portion estimation is off, we will send a statement for the remaining amount.
Dr. Boldridge, the prosthodontist in our office, is a fee-for-service provider and does not accept insurance. If you have dental insurance, we can provide you with a completed form which you can submit and receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company. All fees are due at the time of service with Dr. Boldridge. CareCredit is an option for payments over time. Acceptance is based on your application and approval by CareCredit prior to your visit.
