To be clear the hygienist was absolutely wonderful but I was extremely upset that I sent my paperwork In weeks before my apt. to find out that the receptionist didn’t even think to disclose that they were apparently out of my network. I went back and forth with her confirming my insurance via email and she made it sound like everything was covered until I went in still not disclosed when I walked in and found out AFTER my apt was $100. Thanks for nothing be honest and honorable next time. Clearly wont be going back.

Just had 1st visit today; not much to report. Was treated immediately (no long wait) & professionally. Post Oak Dental personnel were friendly, proficient/efficient. No ‘attitudes’ even though I showed up from a day of hiking in the field. Daniela (sp?) was professional, patient, and thorough in her explanations.
